Leadership Changes Mark the Next Step in Becoming Independent Operating Company

ALPHARETTA, Ga., Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Kawneer Company, Inc. announced the appointment of Kate Anderson to Chief Executive Officer and Timothy Montz to Chief Financial Officer. The appointments are an important milestone in the Company’s transition to an independent company under the continuing ownership of funds managed by Apollo (the “Apollo Funds”). The transition will occur over the next year and should be complete by 2027.

Anderson brings extensive leadership experience across commercial operations, customer engagement, and business transformation. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Sales and Sales Operations at Kawneer, where she led efforts to strengthen customer engagement, drive commercial transformation, and improve business performance across North America.

Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President, Finance & Accounting at Cox Communications.
