EasyA, the engine powering the world’s leading blockchain and AI companies, today announced the successful completion of a full independent audit to the highest and most rigorous standards in the United States (PCAOB standards). This represents one of the most significant milestones in EasyA’s history. The audit was conducted by PKF, one of the world’s 15 largest audit firms, with more than 23,000 people across 150 countries.

PKF’s audit identified zero material weaknesses at EasyA. This is a significant achievement: according to PwC, roughly half of all companies going public on the NYSE and Nasdaq since 2019 have disclosed at least one material weakness.

“We opened up our whole business to our auditors and asked them to hold us to the toughest standards in the United States,” said Phil Kwok, Co-Founder and CEO of EasyA. “Our auditors looked well past the headline figures. Across two full years, they examined our assets, transactions, systems, documentation and the evidence behind our numbers. After reviewing all of that, they concluded that EasyA should receive the highest possible audit opinion.”

“This is a landmark moment for EasyA,” said Dom Kwok, Co-Founder and COO of EasyA. “We chose to hold ourselves to the same audit standards as the world’s largest public companies, and our numbers stood up to that scrutiny with not a single material weakness.”

“As EasyA has grown into one of the most important players in our industry, we have raised the bar for ourselves yet again,” Phil Kwok added. “Today, the world can see that EasyA meets the most rigorous standard of independent financial scrutiny. We believe blockchain and AI are two of the most important technologies in the history of humanity. This audit reflects our commitment to being one of their most responsible stewards as we help guide the world into this exciting new chapter.”
